February 3 We announced to family and friends on Facebook, Instagram, and through email that we are approved to adopt. We are hoping and praying to find baby #2 soon.

February 7 We met with extended family at the Timpanogos Temple to do sealings. We were able to do quite a few family names. We noticed that they made some changes to the sealing, it was a great experience.

February 10 Kayson said his first prayer in Primary. He did a great job with Mommy’s help.

February 11 Lyman Family Home Evening Red Party/Birthday Party We gathered with the Lyman’s for our annual red/Valentine’s day party. It was also a celebration of Lynette’s 70th birthday! We had Chicago hot dogs, cake and ice cream and played games.

February 12 Lynette’s Birthday Celebration The adults in the family had dinner at Blue Street BBQ in American Fork.

February 13 Kayson went to his neighborhood preschool Valentine’s Day party. He exchanged valentines and devoured a sugar cookie. When Kevin got home from work we celebrated our 10th anniversary of when we got engaged. We went to dinner at Pizza Factory where we were the only customers; the snowy weather must have scared people away.

February 14 Valentine’s Day We got out our fondue maker and dipped strawberries, bananas, and pretzels in delicious chocolate. Kevin gave Chrissy a bouquet of pink flowers, Kayson kept commenting about how beautiful they were.

February 17 We had Sunday dinner with Kevin's parents then enjoyed sharing our gospel study with them. Kayson did a great job reciting a scripture and the thirteenth article of faith. We discussed Dallin H. Oak’s talk from October 2018 General Conference “Truth and the Plan.”

February 21 Chrissy and Kayson met up with family at Mod Pizza. We enjoyed lunch and visiting.

February 22 Chrissy and Kayson built a cool fort in the living room using a foam mattress cover and blankets.

February 23 Chrissy attended a tri-stake Relief Society meeting. Reyna Alburto, the Second Counselor in the General Relief Society spoke to the women. She emphasized our need to be unified, kind and loving. She said that Relief Society isn’t a meeting, it’s the women. She encouraged the women to go to the temple and ponder our role in the priesthood. In the afternoon Kayson attended his cousin's Paw Patrol birthday party.
