February 3 MOVING DAY! We officially moved into the Johansen’s basement apartment. Kayson loves playing with his cousins upstairs.

February 12 Red/Birthday Party Family Home Evening We were the lucky ones to be in charge of the Lyman family home evening. We wore red and pink, played Valentine games and enjoyed pizza. We also sang Happy Birthday to Lynette and celebrated with cupcakes and ice cream.

February 13 We went to dinner in order to celebrate the anniversary of our engagement nine years ago. We wanted to try something different so we went to Blues Street BBQ in American Fork. It was pretty good food.

February 14 Valentine’s Day It just so happens that our six week no sugar diet ended today so of course we had to splurge. We made chocolate fondue with chocolate chip cookies and rice crispy treats. After no sugar for six weeks we couldn’t eat as many sweets, it was quite disappointing. However, we are proud to say that combined we lost 14.6 pounds.

February 16 We started another six week round of our no sugar diet. Hopefully the success will continue.

February 19 After spring-like weather for weeks, Mother Nature remembered that it's winter and consequently we got 11 inches of cold, wet SNOW.

February 24 Kayson went to Caleb’s Paw Patrol birthday party. He had so much fun!
