March 8 Chrissy and Kayson went with a friend to Thanksgiving Point’s Museum of Natural Curiosity.

March 17 St. Patrick’s Day Kevin had to work so we didn’t do much. We wore green and read Dr. Seuss’s book “Green Eggs and Ham.”

March 19 We are convinced that Kayson is a wizard and here is why. While Kevin was at work, Chrissy heard Kayson in the other room making noises that sounded a lot like chanting. She followed the chanting and discovered that Kayson had taken out all of Kevin’s socks and put them in a pile. When asked what he was doing he asked, “Where’s Daddy?” We think he was using his Dad’s socks to produce a summoning charm. It looks like we need to watch out for Kayson’s Hogwarts acceptance letter.

March 24 We moved some of our storage item’s into Greg’s shed. Moving is never our favorite thing to do.

March 27 Lynette was kind enough to give us a couple of tickets to Hale Center Theater. The show was “The Little Mermaid,” one of Chrissy’s favorite childhood stories. The musical was well done. We enjoyed the new songs, the props and the creative costumes.

March 29 We took Kayson to DoTerra’s Easter egg hunt. DoTerra gave us some food truck vouchers. We got some pizza and ate it inside the cafeteria.

March 30 We went to the mall and purchased matching yellow ties for Kevin and Kayson. It’s one of our Easter traditions to get matching ties.

March 31 We went to the Orem City Easter Egg Hunt. We helped with Rachel while Lloydel and Kammi helped the older boys. Kayson didn’t even get one egg but he got plenty of candy. Speaking of candy, we ate sugar after not doing so for six weeks. The sugar tasted great but made us sick!

During General Conference we participated in the solemn assembly and sustained our new prophet, Russell M. Nelson and other leaders. Two new apostles were called and sustained, Elder Gerrit W. Gong and Elder Ulisses Soares. Kevin attended the Priesthood session where President Nelson announced that in each ward, high priests and elders will now be combined into one elder’s quorum.
