This month we were privileged to go on a church history tour with Kevin’s parents, siblings and their spouses. It was a wonderful spiritual experience we will cherish forever.

September 3 Labor Day We decided to take Kayson on the frontrunner for a train ride. He loved it!

September 5 The elder’s quorum presidency and their spouses gathered at Chubby’s in Pleasant Grove for dinner. Kevin is the Elder’s Quorum Secretary, so we were able to attend. It was a lot of fun to get to know people in the ward and Chubby’s is one of our favorite burger joints.

September 7 We attended our ward barbeque.

September 8 Chrissy’s parents came up from St. George to babysit Kayson.

September 10-15 Church history tour

September 16 Our first day home we talked about our experiences on the trip and shared photos with Chrissy’s mom. She told us how much fun she had with Kayson, taking him to the mall and to the park to feed the ducks. She said Kayson also played a funny trick on her. One day she bought him a rubber snake. Soon afterward he kept saying, “Snake in the water.” She didn’t think much of it until she went to take a drink from her water bottle. Kayson had put his rubber snake in her water bottle, giving her quite a fright.

September 18 Our nephew Rhett Wilson came home from his mission.

September 23 We attended Rhett’s homecoming and gathered at the Wilson’s afterward for a luncheon.

September 27 Kayson had a lot of fun at the park!
