Hi Everyone! My name is Kevin...

There are probably a lot of questions you have about me and my disability. I was born with a birth defect called Spina Bifida. It affects the way I walk but doctors  say that if I keep myself healthy, I should have a normal life like anyone else. Of course there are some things that I have to do differently. I use leg braces for support. My wife affectionately calls them my Star Wars Stormtrooper legs. My Stormtrooper legs make me walk like a penguin so I guess that makes me a smokin' hot Stormtrooper penguin genius!

One thing I always like to tell people is that they don't  need to be afraid to talk to me about it. I hope that I can help my children understand that it's okay to be different.

One dog got excited and bolted out of the house at 100 mph in pursuit of some phantom bird or something like that. She didn't notice the water-filled pit and ran right into it. She was just like Wile E. Coyote running off a cliff--she walked on water for about 5 feet before sinking out of site. Great disappearing dog act....
